Thank You Steve Rubel!!!

Wow! This is unbelievable – I am so ecstatic and exited right now that I am having trouble forming eloquent sentences… not that my sentences are ever eloquent, but you get the idea.

I wrote a mediocre post today about the centralized power in student politics ha ha, but instead I am going to address some phenomenal news. I’m technically working right now so I will update this post throughout the day.

Yesterday I mentioned that Steve Rubel from Micro Persuasion responded to an email I sent him. To a blog-noby, this is a really big deal. I checked my email this morning, and I had 3 “contact form submission” emails, which is unusual. Using my supreme logic and reasoning skills, and the fact someone mentioned Steve Rubel in their message, I figured out he must have somehow contributed to my traffic. I checked out his website, and saw my picture on the front page. He wrote a post about me!

Ha ha, at times like this I understand why my email address is wowjeremydavid… It seems to be my favorite word. I have received many comments and emails today, which makes me very excited about this website. I think it’s actually going to work!

Tomorrow I will update you on the good aftermath of today. Until then, please give me some ideas! It’s time for this website to shine.

It’s too bad the polls on your Halloween costume vote have already closed. 80’s Glam Rocker got a really poor showing. Alas! Best of luck with the kiddie dragon costume.

ha ha, I certainly have the right hair to be an 80’s Glam Rocker! Tight jeans, crazy make up. It could have been fun :P

You’ve been linked.

Fame and glory are sure to follow.

I think the new people to your site (like me) need to know a bit more about your life before they can start telling you what to do. Maybe explain some general dilemmas you are facing and people can help you to do things to resolve them? Or perhaps give multiple choice of things you are thinking of doing and paths you can take. If you then blog about them we can learn enough to TAKE OVER YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. hahahahHAHHAHHAHahahaha. ahem.

ayeee! the french version of steve rubel’s descriptions says you’re a young american student…! not that it really matters, i guess, but does the website not specify anywhere your canadian heritage?

Ha ha that is so funny. I just went to a French website last night and posted that exact same thing in their comments.

Thanks for staying on top of things!
