Similar regimes are used by everyday gym users to prepare for competitions/summmer beach weather though.

The key difference between diets like that and serious medical conditions is the individual&#039;s self body image. In the majority of cases, people are much better off doing long term, gradual weight loss. Congratulations on your weight loss btw. You&#039;re far from fat Jeremy...but I&#039;m sure you know that.</description>
